Meet MERRILL WEBER, a Chester County, Pennsylvania artist. Merrill has been painting and creating work since before she could walk. Her creative mother would tint whipped cream and encourage her to paint on the walls while taking a bath. Today, she still approaches everything she does with that same childlike enthusiasm.
