What are the hours of purchasing?

Online hours: The Shamrock Shop is open online 24/7.

In-person hours may vary:

  • Tuesdays from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM during regular school hours.

The Shamrock Shop will feature Pop-Up Shops throughout the year during school and sporting events. Look for us in the hallways of the Academy of Notre Dame and for our OPEN sign outside the Launfal Building! Event Dates

Appointments to shop in person during the week are available through our Contact Us tab. 

When and where can I pick up my purchased items?

Purchases "must" be picked up at our new location in the Launfal Building on the Academy of Notre Dame de Namur campus, 560 Sproul Road, Villanova, PA.

Pickup days are scheduled during regular school hours on Tuesdays from 8:30 AM- 11:30 AM or by appointment using the Contact Us tab.

You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

What products does the Shamrock Shop offer?

Along with our Collections we offer a snack bar with water and other goodies for purchase. Snacks are CASH ONLY!

    • Use the Search feature to filter items by collection, size or item (sweatshirts, sweatpants, dog collar, etc).

What payment methods are accepted at the Shamrock Shop?

  • All major credit cards are accepted.
  • Apple Pay.
  • COD & Check options are available. 

Are students able to purchase using their prox cards?

  • No, students may not use their prox cards for purchase. A COD option is available for immediate purchasing.

Will volunteers be available to answer any questions?

Do you need assistance with your purchase? Email us via the Contact Us tab and our Customer Service Volunteers will respond in a timely manner. We are happy to assist you with your purchase or with any questions you may have. 

 May I get a refund or exchange for any purchases?

No, all sales are final. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted.
